Grandpa Gil

So the boys just got this new play room and Grandpa Gil (Bill's dad) decided to stop by for a visit with Kai. Kai thought it was so funny that Grandpa sat down in their chairs to visit for a bit. It's great to see them smiling together!

Funny Stuff

As this little one approaches 3 he sure does come up with some funny stuff! His latest is when you ask him to do something is, "No problem!" Here he is with Auntie Eryn at Olvera Street in LA "looking" to see if he sees Daddy coming up the street in the car to pick us up. Eryn thought this was so funny that she kind of egged him on a bit. Too cute!

Disneyland

Last week we met up with our friends Ali, Kayden, and her mom at Disneyland. Kayden is 9 months younger than Kai. It is so fun to see him blend in age wise with the boys now! He is getting so big! He stood in line with us waiting for Buzz and he even got to ride the Rockets with us! Can you believe his mommy waited on the sidelines? I think she was a little nervous, but he did great! He was even waving to her once we were up high. It's going to be one fun summer this year!

He is Risen!

A few weeks ago we arrived at church and Luke saw a cross on the hill. He looked up and said, "Mom, that is the cross that Jesus died on for us!" My heart melted. We then proceeded to talk about what Easter means and how God provided a miracle and brought him back to life. Then a couple of days ago he stapled these pages together to make a little "book." After he drew the pictures he brought it to me and asked me to write the words. I wrote exactly what he said. He did also point out to me that he gave Jesus "spikes' for hair!
