The Corona Crushers

We had our first AYSO academy today. This year they are trying something different with the youngest group. They are doing whole group drills and then roughly 20 minute scrimmages at the end of the practice time. Things went well today even though Bill and I are the team parents for the first time. For us it all begins at noon, which is nap time in our house! So....the boys were home showered, fed, and in bed within minutes once we were done. Hopefully the heat dies down some!

Family Friends

This week our dear friends the Ducosin family, from Hawaii, are in town to drop of their daughter Shaina at Pt. Loma for another year of college. It's so great to spend time with them all! Wish we were able to make it out their way more often! We are looking forward to the Chargers game this weekend guys!

Walking Bradley to Kinder

Today the boys and I walked Bradley to kinder. Luke was very excited to see his classroom. Once we were there we were able to sit and read together for about 15 minutes. Luke and Bradley were sitting there nicely listening while Kai was off running around...not sitting still at all!

Beach

Even though I have no pictures of Uncle Libor we all actually went down to the beach to honor him! He has reached 20 years of sobriety! We are so proud of you! Way to go.

Disneyland

Pretend City

Today we went to Pretend City with our friends the Metzgers. Although it was very cute and fun I'm not sure I would go again. It was pretty expensive for the experience, it got really crowded, and if your child isn't being imaginative they not might enjoy themselves as much as you thought they would. All in all though it was fun to get out and to try somewhere new. Kai by far enjoyed the grocery store the most and Luke loved the ATM machine. It actually spit out pretend cash! (Did you notice Luke's mohawk is gone? Two weeks. That's it. Lol.)
