4th Grade Team Jerseys

Look at these AWESOME jerseys our team had made & personalized through Sylvia Adams at www.crazysportzmom.com! They will be perfect to wear during the hot weather as well as during the cooler weather with a long sleeve tee underneath. We love them and can't wait to wear them!

Angels Game

Tonight Bill surprised us with tickets to the Angels game. We haven't been to a game there since Kai was a baby so it was a treat! We had great seats, the boys had a great time, and we all ate lots of junk! We only lasted until 8:45 (top of the 5th) due to Luke having preschool in the morning. O'well, as the years pile up so will the innings we will be able to last through! Thanks Daddy!

Kai's Tonsil Surgery

On our way to Kaiser just after dropping Luke off at Preschool
He obviously doesn't know what is about to go down...
Checking in to same day surgery. Our nurse was a mother of one of my students from four years ago. She was so sweet. Kai was very comfortable in there showing them his "man" purse filled with poker chips and skateboards! They gave him some happy medicine as off he went. No crying!
Getting some O2 to wake-up in recovery

After he was in the OR they gassed him and then put the IV in his foot.
We stayed over night due to him being under 3 years. It was better because he did not eat or drink anything really on day 1. He got most of his fluids through his IV.
The end of day 1. Feeling good while playing with the remote.
He spent lots of time in their toy room!
MiMi brought Luke to visit Kai, kept him over night, and took him to school.
Thank you!!!

LA County Fair

We took a 1/2 day off of work yesterday and took the boys on our annual fair trip with their cousin Bradley. They had a great time. It was really nice this year because Kai was 36 inches tall so he could ride all the rides the big boys went on! The $20 unlimited ride wristband came in handy for all of us! They probably covered 25 rides in about 6 hours! Needless to say they crashed early once home due to exhaustion! And they were very sweaty and dirty little boys!
